Overall is okay, the hotel is clean. You need to walk 10 minutes from Hakata Station and room is quite small for 5.

everything was almost accessible. even when there are some missing amenities, it didn't matter at all. it can be easily compensated

the smell of cigarette while using the shower. thankfully it only happened once. also, I wish there was a hook/coat hanger at the back of the bathroom's sliding door

Not a big luxurious place, but just what I needed.

The attention to detail in design and the quality of the facilities was excellent for the price. Shower, lighting, decor and desk areas were particularly good.

Train noise and lack of space, especially in the bathroom might not appeal to some people.

Narrow room, but very clean and modern

- one of the cleanest rooms in Japan (and Fukuoka)! - despite the room being very small, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious and comfortable to use - facilities of very good quality, modern - quiet room, despite being right next to the Shinkansen track

- the most obvious thing is the room's small size; despite featuring all the equipment of a hotel room, it basically only consists of a bed and a very narrow doorstep, there was barely enough space to open up the suitcase (which still works for a few nights of course) - despite being central in theory, you can only walk towards the central station Hakata, which takes a bit (when arriving there you can access the whole city from there however)

The room was very small, so not a lot of place to repack your luggage. The walls were a bit thin so you could hear some noise from the other rooms, but not too much.

Clean and friendly staff. They helped store my luggage and call a taxi. You can opt for cleaning service daily or not but they will still give fresh towels.

The location wasn’t the best as it was about 10-15 minutes walk to the train station. This is fine if you’re just going on a regular day but it’s difficult with luggage. Room is super small and I’ve stayed in plenty of small rooms in Japan but this is by far, the smallest. That wouldn’t have been a problem but given the price I paid, it wasn’t worth it. I was told it’s because of the long weekend but it would be understandable if it is closer to the station with much bigger room space. Also, if you choose the Annex— well, don’t. It’s not in the main building and that is a much smaller space. The design is also just not very user-friendly. Why have such a big mirror in the bathroom when half of it can be used for storage space?

It was near the Hakata Bus Terminal and Train station, roughly a 10 min walk. It was also situated around nearby attractions I went to so that’s a plus. Location is good!

I was impressed by the kind words of the front desk staff. I don't speak Japanese, but they gave me a map to guide me through the festival. Their actions for service were very professional

Difficult to find because the address wasn’t correct but a lovely hotel.

The staff were lovely and provided new towels and pyjamas every day. Really sweet! Very close to Hakata station, about a 5 minute walk. Away from busy loud streets but close to everything still. Room was quiet and I couldn’t hear anyone else at night.

Tricky to get to - the hotel is listed as a bicycle shop on Google maps and Apple Maps, I showed the address provided and it took us to the wrong area. If he didn’t know the hotel already I would have been lost
